　　2016 年，世界经济贸易总体低迷，外需持续疲软，国内增长动力不足，矿业经济也增长乏力，如何“突围转型”是行业面临的重要问题。与此同时，国家“一带一路”战略稳步推进，先后取得了一批项目成果，为矿业领域带来了许多机遇，如何把握政策机遇、规避风险与挑 战是新形势下矿业企业实现外向型发展的关键课题。在此背景下，由中国五矿化工进出口商会与北京阳光创译语言翻译有限公司共同主办的“第四届国际矿业发展高峰论坛”将于 2016 年 12 月 8-9 日在北京隆重召开。

　　In 2016, generally the world economy and trade depressed, overseas market demands continued to slump, China’s growth impetus was insufficient and the growth of mining economy also weakened.  Accordingly,  how  to  “break boundaries and realize transformation”  is the key issue faced by industry. Meanwhile,  the  strategy  of  national  “One  Belt and One Road is being steadily boosted, which have made a batch of project results and provided numerous opportunities for the mining field. How to grasp policy opportunities, mitigate risks and challenges are the key subject for enterprises to realize export-oriented development under the new situation. On this background, the Fourth International Summit Forum on Mining Development co-hosted by China Chamber of Commerce of metals, Minerals & Chemicals importers and Exporters (CCCMC) and Beijing Suntrans Language Translation Co., Ltd. will be grandly held in Beijing from Dec. 8 to 9, 2016.

　　演及推介等多种形式，着力打造成中国的 PDAC（加拿大勘探与开发者协会）论坛。大会特邀中国政府相关部委领导、国内外科研院所、商协会、行业知名专家、律师事务所、海外矿 山生产企业专家、银行、证券等金融投资机构专家等围绕上述问题作深入探讨。在此，我们诚邀各位矿业同仁莅临本届大会，交流经验，启迪智慧！

　　With mining economic  transformation  and  “One  belt  and One  road”  opportunities  as  the theme, this forum will, by keynote speech, enterprise exhibition, project road show and recommendation, etc., strive to create China’s PDAC (Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada) forum. This forum will invite relevant ministries and commissions leaders of the Government of China, scientific research institutions, trade associations, famous experts of the industry, law offices, overseas mine production enterprise experts, experts of financial investors, like banks and security, across the world, to give in-deep discussions on the aforementioned issues. We hereby sincerely invite all the colleagues of mining industry to exchange experiences and enlighten wisdom.

　　1、矿业经济转型和矿业投资经验交流。邀请科研院所、国际矿业企业、金融机构等专家就相关政策、矿业投资项目、投资经验与教训等进行深入交流与探讨。

　　1 Exchange of experiences in mining economic transformation and mining investment: experts from scientific research institutions, international mining enterprises and financial institutions are to be invited to give in-deep exchanges and discussions.

　　2、“一带一路”形势与机遇。邀请“一带一路”领域专家就“一带一路”进程中的机遇与挑战、法律环境、投融资、风险防范等问题进行权威解析。

　　2. ”One Belt and one Road” situation and opportunities: experts in the field of “One Belt and One Road”  will  give professional explanations regarding to opportunities and challenges, legal environment, investment and financing, risk prevention, etc.

　　3、矿业企业“走出去”社会责任。邀请社会责任领域专家为矿业企业分析和识别“走出去” 风险，提供社会责任系统解决方案。

　　3. The social responsibilities of mining enterprises “going out”: experts in the field of social responsibilities will be invited to analyze and identify “going out” risks  for mining enterprises, and provide solutions for social responsibility systems.
