板框岗位的安全生产职责(安全生产责任制状) 清障车 安全生产责任:& nbsp；& nbsp根据XXX公司要求，为加强安全生产和环境保护管理，最大限度地控制各类事故，促进安全生产和环境保护工作的开展，实现全年安全生产和环境保护“0001”目标，特签订安全环保责任状，层层明确责任，达到分解落实的目的。 & nbsp& nbsp& nbsp一、签订责任状要求:& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp制定者是本岗位安全生产和环境保护的第一责任人，对安全生产和环境保护负全面直接责任。 & nbsp& nbsp& nbsp二。岗位职责:& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp1、根据分解目标中规定的标准，完成本岗位的工作目标的质量、数量和安全。 & nbsp& nbsp& nbsp2、严格执行压滤机工艺技术规程和设备安全操作规程，确保正常生产。 & nbsp& nbsp& nbsp3.严格检查滤布质量，按规定及时将滤布粘入压滤机。 & nbsp& nbsp& nbsp4.及时清洁和更换净化槽中的布袋，以确保更换您的液体的容量。 & nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp三。考核指标:& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp实现:零死亡和重伤，零重大设备事故，零重大火灾事故，零重大交通事故，零重大经济损失。 & nbsp& nbsp& nbsp四。奖惩:& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp1.对于认真履行职责，年内完成目标责任指标要求的:& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp(1)全年安全奖励360元。 & nbsp& nbsp& nbsp(2)获得先进、标兵评选资格。 & nbsp& nbsp& nbsp2.对年度内所有达不到责任书的指标，除责任书不能规定的安全奖外，进行以下处罚:& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp(1)发生重大污染事件、重大设备损失1万元以上的，拒收2个月。 & nbsp& nbsp& nbsp(2)发生轻伤、中毒事件，当事人当月拒收。 & nbsp& nbsp& nbsp(3)发生事故，立即如实向车间报告(车间应在24小时内向安环报告)，对隐患、谎报、故意破坏、伪造事故现场的当事人罚款100-300元；其他后果我负责。 & nbsp& nbsp& nbsp(4)工作时，戴好防毒面具，并有专人监护。 无措施罚款300元。 未佩戴防毒面具罚款100元 & nbsp& nbsp& nbsp(5)禁止用不良液体或水清洗地面，保持地面干燥和狂躁。 否则罚款50元。 & nbsp& nbsp& nbsp(6)禁止排放污水。 否则罚款100元。 & nbsp& nbsp& nbsp(7)安全学习和活动到班率不达标，每次给予责任人20元。 & nbsp& nbsp& nbsp(8)严格遵守操作规程，禁止违章操作和违章指挥，违章罚款50元。 & nbsp& nbsp& nbsp(9)物品丢失，造成损失的，按有关规定追究责任。 并赔偿30%的价值。 & nbsp& nbsp& nbsp(10)起吊物件时，不准用铁丝、三角带和绳子代替钢丝绳捆绑物件。任何人都不允许在这些物体下面。严禁无证经营。一个不合格对象罚款50元。 & nbsp& nbsp& nbsp(11)本合同未尽事宜，按矿山评估标准执行。 & nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp五、目标责任状执行情况:& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp本责任书由XXX公司仓上选冶厂安全环保领导小组组织实施。 每个科长监督执行。 & nbsp& nbsp& nbsp不及物动词责任状签字盖章:& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp龙:& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp负责人:& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp七。签约时间:& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp& nbsp2005年1月1日至2005年12月31日
