工作闸门室运输洞混凝土施工技术措施

一、 运输洞砼工程概况
        二、 施工布置
        1、施工道路布置
        运输洞混凝土由右岸七局砂石加工及混凝土拌和系统统一供应,混凝土主要运输路线为:R1公路       永久跨江大桥      左岸坝顶上坝公路       2#交通洞     工作面 。
        2、施工用风、水、电布置
        运输洞混凝土施工用风主要为清理仓号、施工缝风镐凿毛,插筋孔打设等用风;混凝土施工用水主要有清理仓面、养护用水;混凝土施工主要有电焊机、振捣器、空压机、水泵及照明等用电。在运输洞开挖与支护工程中,已在2#交通洞2#施工支洞内布置形成2#空压站、2#变配站及3#供水管路,运输洞混凝土施工时亦用此系统。         3、辅助生产系统
          右岸七局砂石骨料拌合系统提供混凝土,6m3混凝土搅拌运输车运至施工场地。
        三、施工程序
        运输洞混凝土按如下施工程序进行施工:
        底板一次浇筑,边墙及顶拱分两段施工,分缝桩号0+015,中墩分7层施工,渐变段▽988高程以下底板混凝土→渐变段0+015~0+030边墙混凝土(单侧1次浇筑)→ 0+000~0+015中墩混凝土(分7层施工)→渐变段0+000~0+015边墙混凝土(1次浇筑)→ 渐变段0+015~0+030顶拱混凝土(分2层施工)→渐变段0+000~0+015顶拱混凝土(分2层施工)
        3.2各浇筑段按如下施工程序进行施工:
        基础处理→测量放样→清基→验收→钢筋安装→模板支立→模板验收→砼浇筑→砼养护→拆模
        5施工方法
        5.1底板混凝土施工方法
        渐变段模板采用现支模板,与岩面接触部位采用现支木模,木模找平后,采用钢模支模,模板背方为12*12cm木方,拉筋为Φ14钢筋,模板拉筋焊接在底板钢筋网上,拉筋焊接要保证足够的强度要求。
        渐变段底板一仓浇筑,从洞口向洞内方向浇筑,混凝土泵送入仓,Φ100震捣棒震捣,面层如钢筋网密集,面层采用一级配浇筑,在靠近边墙及中墩位置,铺设震动梁滑移轨道,震动梁震捣,边墙及中墩钢筋纵横交错区域,Φ70软轴震捣器震捣,终凝前人工刷毛处理施工缝。
        面层震捣完成后,混凝土初凝前,人工抹面,确保抹面质量,抹面时,用4m靠尺刮平后人工抹面,底板抹面完成后立即覆盖草帘保护并洒水养生;
        5.2中墩混凝土施工方法
        中墩采用现支模板分层浇筑,模板采用P3015、P1015标准模板,模板背方采用Φ50脚手架管弯制成型,弯制半径51.18m,3块P3015与1块P1015模板交叉拼装,竖排模板,横拉背方,背方为双根脚手架钢管,采用专用扣件与模板拉筋连接,在P1015模板中间钻拉筋孔,孔径为16mm,采用直径14mm拉筋,钻孔中心距离75cm,距离上下两端37.5cm,拉筋布置为75*100cm间排距,拉筋靠近模板侧安装锥形橡胶圈,拆模后,拆除橡胶圈,割除拉筋,同规格、标号砂浆抹平拉筋孔,每次支模高度3m,分7层浇筑,浇筑高度18.8m;详见导流洞进口渐变段中墩施工图。
        为确保接缝质量,每仓上层模板不拆除,两段设冲面排水孔,逐层测量校正后与下层预留模板连续支模,混凝土泵送入仓,Φ100震捣器震捣,两侧钢筋密集区域,Φ70软轴震捣器震捣,施工面终凝前人工刷毛处理施工缝。
        5.3边墙混凝土施工方法
        渐变段两侧边墙分两段浇筑,施工分缝位置为0+015桩号,模板采用定制G-70系列标准模板,模板规格为60*150cm(宽*高=600*1500mm)型及1015(宽*高=100*1500mm)型模板,横排模板,竖向布置模板背方,背方为双根脚手架钢管,采用专用扣件与模板拉筋连接,在1015模板中间钻拉筋孔,孔径为18mm,采用直径16mm拉筋,钻孔中心距离75cm,距离模板两端37.5cm,拉筋布置为75*130cm间排距,每两排60*150cm模板加一排1015模板, 1015模板中间钻拉筋孔,钻孔中心距离75cm,距离上下两端37.5cm,拉筋布置130*75cm间排距,一次支模至拱脚线下30cm,采用直径14mm拉筋,边墙施工采用分层浇筑施工,分层高度0.5m,严格控制浇筑速度,每小班浇筑高度控制在2.5m以内,随时注意模板变化,发现变形,立即停止施工,检查模板,正常后方可再行施工;0+015施工分缝处按规范及设计要求进行施工缝处理;
        拉筋靠近模板侧安装锥形橡胶圈,拆模后,拆除橡胶圈,割除拉筋,同规格、标号砂浆抹平拉筋孔;
        边墙混凝土采用混凝土泵送入仓,Φ100震捣器震捣,两侧钢筋密集区域,Φ70软轴震捣器震捣,施工面终凝前人工刷毛处理施工缝,详见导流洞进口渐变段边墙施工图。
        5.4顶拱混凝土施工方法
        顶拱圆弧段采用木桁架支撑,木桁架间距50cm,木桁架下端安装在脚手架管支撑顶部的纵向12*12cm木方上,纵向木方在安装时,调整安装位置,使其尽量靠近木桁架立杆处,确保传力状态,木桁架安装后在纵向用5*10cm木方连接,木方交叉连接,采用100mm铁钉钉牢,使其纵向成为一体;
        渐变段顶拱分两段施工,施工分缝为0+015桩号,0+015~0+030先行施工,采用满堂脚手架管支撑作为模板承重支撑,为保证进水塔渐变段交叉施工,在左侧偏离中心线1.6m处设置(宽*高)4*4.5m钢结构龙门架施工通道,因顶拱混凝土厚度较大,顶拱分两层施工,下层施工厚度1m,下层施工混凝土强度达到80%时,进行上层施工,确保支撑稳定及施工安全;0+000~0+015段,在左侧偏离中心线4m处设置(宽*高)4*4.5m钢结构龙门架施工通道;
        脚手架管支撑间排距为0.8*0.8m,支撑高度按渐变段模板脚手架管支撑高度参数表进行施工,参数表中高度是指从底板到模板木排架底部的高度,含纵向背方(12*12cm)高度、与脚手架管配套可调节底座高度,施工时根据现场实际情况及进场材料进行安装调整;
        脚手架管立杆连接,采用对接连接,保证支撑强度,底部与混凝土面接触处采用可调节底座,增加承力杆与混凝土面接触面积、支撑完成后,拧紧底座,保证不出现脱空承力杆;
        渐变段顶拱中间部位直段,脚手架管安装至水平端顶部,横向采用12*12cm木方作为模板安装背方,纵向采用12*12木方安装在脚手架管顶部;
        圆弧拱架采用木方加工,下弦杆为8*10木方,圆弧段及与圆弧连接桁架直段采用8*14木方加工而成,桁架立杆斜杆均采用8*8木方,每个节点两侧均采用3.5cm杨木板或其他不易劈裂的木板用7cm铁钉连接,节点的每个结构杆上不少于4个铁钉,确保连接强度及木桁架牢固,木桁架间距50cm,制作安装按渐变段施工图进行施工。
        所有桁架制作材料均选用无腐烂、疤结的合格材料,并尽量综合考虑下料,尽量节省材料;
        两侧边墙与圆弧段连接处采用桁架外立杆支模施工,在拱脚线设置纵向背方,并用拉筋固定在边墙锚杆上,固定拱脚线成型稳定;接长段下部设置水平支撑,方便安装;
        渐变段模板采用3cm厚木模板,模板完成后,在其表面粘贴PVC混凝土模板面层,确保混凝土脱模后表面光洁。
