无烟煤滤料简介：

无烟煤俗称“白煤”，是煤化程度最深的煤。是一种水处理行业过滤用材料。我厂生产的无烟煤滤料是选用山西晋城和河南两大矿区的优质无烟煤为原料。经破碎、筛分、水洗加工而成。

同石英砂滤料配合使用是我国目前推广的双层快速滤池和三层滤池、滤罐过滤的常见形式。是提高滤速增加单位面积出水量和成倍提高截污能力，降低工程造价和减少占地面积最有效的途径。广泛应用于化工、冶金、热电、制药、造纸、印染、食品等的生产前后的水质处理过程中。

无烟煤滤料特点：

固定碳含量高、密度大、强度大、外观光泽度好、化学性能稳定、具有较好的固体颗粒保持能力，能可靠的提高悬浮颗粒的清除。不含有毒有害物质。在酸性、中性水中均不溶解。抗压耐磨性强，有足够的比表面积和合理的粒径级配。由于具有较好的固体颗粒保持能力，因此能够可靠的提高悬浮颗粒清除能力。适用于生活饮用水及工业用水的过滤。

无烟煤滤料的技术要求：

1、无烟煤的破碎率和磨损率之和不应大于3%(百分率按质量计，下同)。

2、无烟煤的平均密度一般不小于1.4g/cm3，不大于1.6g/cm3。

3、无烟煤应不含可见泥土、页岩和外来碎屑。含泥量不应大于3%，密度大于1.8g/cm3的物质含量不应大于8%。

4、无烟煤的盐酸可溶率不应大于3.5%。

无烟煤滤料的粒径：

1、用于生活饮用水的无烟煤的粒径范围为：0.8-1.2mm、1.2-2mm；工业用水无烟煤的粒径范围为：1-2mm、2-4mm、4-6mm。

2、在各种粒径范围的无烟煤中，小于指定下限粒径的不应大于3%，大于指定上限粒径的不应大于2%。

用途：

无烟煤滤料是目前普遍采用的最佳过滤材料。矿源主来自山西晋城和阳城两大煤田。它用途广泛，适应范围大。可用于生活饮用水和工业生产用水以及各种池型的普通快滤池。双层及三层滤池，各种污水过滤器，净水机械过滤器及化工、冶金、热电、制药、造纸、印染、食品等的生产前后的水质处理。

无烟煤滤料在过滤过程中所起作用的好坏，直接影响着滤过的水质，故对此滤料的选择必须达到以下几点要求：

①机械强度高，破碎率和磨损率之和不应大于3%(百分比按质量计)。

②化学性质稳定，不含有毒物质。在一般酸性、碱性、中性水中均不溶解。出厂产品经中国水处理滤料监督检测中心测定：可溶率为0.68%(部颁标准为3.5)在各类水源中均可达到良好的净化效果。

③粒径级配合理，比表面积大。产品外观呈球状而有棱角，光泽度好，经机械振动三次筛分，级配符合有关技术指标。均匀系数(K60)不大于1.5(日本标准)，不均匀系数(K80)在1.6-2.0之间，空隙率大于50%。

④粒径范围小于指定下限粒径按重量计不大于5%，大于指定上限粒径按重量计不大于5%。

填充注意事项和操作要求：

1、滤料在填充前必须将滤池(滤器)内部清扫干净。

2、要均匀地铺设每层滤料，当达到标定厚度时，必须耙平滤料。

3、滤料长期运行，会有磨损。

如操作不当会有“跑料”发生。为此需定期检查滤料状况，如有亏料情况，需及时补充。如滤料运行时间过长，出水水质长期不清，或滤层发生乱层，则需更换或重新级配滤料。

包装：

25kg/袋，也可根据客户需要订做，包装可印刷客户提供资料。置于阴凉干燥处，不宜暴晒。
